Description: <DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN>This polygon feature class describes the extent and location of boundaries referenced in the Water Shortage Plan Chapter 40E-21, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.) including Water Shortage Plan Regions, Water Use Basins, and restricted allocation areas for the Lake Okeechobee Service Area (LOSA). Water Use Basins within the LOSA boundary are identified by as waterbody type "Restricted Allocation". These basins are the same as those in the Applicant's Handbook for Water Use Section 3.2.1F Figure 3-3, and do not include the Brighton and Seminole Reservations.
