"accessInformation": "Comprehensive Everglades Restoration Plan: The Comprehensive Everglades Restoration Plan is a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers lead re-evaluation of the Central & Southern Florida Project that provides a framework and guide to restore, protect and preserve the water resources of central and southern Florida, including the Everglades. It covers 16 counties over an 18,000-square-mile area. It\u2019s goal is to capture and redirect fresh water to areas where it is needed most. Scientific and technical evaluations and assessments, as well as data collection, are performed by a mutli-agency team of scientists, modelers, planners, and resource specialists under the Restoration Coordination and Verificaton (RECOVER) program.",
