(ERP) per the agreement by the South Florida Water Management District, Broward County and the Department of Environmenal Protection as defined by the 1998 document authorizing Broward County to perform permitting, compliance &amp; enforcement responsibilities within all of Broward County with the exception of projects retained by the DEP, the SFWMD, and specific geographic areas. The agreement also delegates to Broward County the compliance and enforcement of Environmental Resource Permitting (ERP), Dredge and Fill (DF) &amp; Management and Storage of Surface Waters(MSSW) permits previously issued by DEP/SFWMD, Formal Wetland determinations, and specific variances for mixing zones, turbidity &amp; dissolved oxygen (D.O.). <\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN STYLE=\"font-size:12pt\">This feature class also contains the historical delegated areas for ERP between SFWMD and Miami-Dade County; and between SFWMD and Collier County which are no longer in effect. <\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN STYLE=\"font-size:12pt\">Mangrove Trimming Delegations. - see FDEP 1996 Mangrove Trimming and Preservation Act<\/SPAN><\/P><P><A href=\"http://www.dep.state.fl.us/legal/Operating_Agreement/operating_agreements.htm\"><SPAN>http://www.dep.state.fl.us/legal/Operating_Agreement/operating_agreements.htm<\/SPAN><\/A><\/P><P><SPAN /><\/P><\/DIV><\/DIV><\/DIV>",
